PERRY'S ON THE DALY – CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (ENTRY AT OWN RISK)

Welcome to Perry's On The Daly.  This property is a private campground.  You may only enter this property if you have reserved a site or do so immediately upon your arrival. 

This campground is maintained in a natural state.  There are many life-threatening wild animals that roam free in and around the campground and other life-threatening hazards within the campground including, without limitation:

• Animal hazards such as water buffalo, feral pigs, dingoes

• Saltwater crocodiles may be present in the property waterways

• Poisonous snakes and spiders

• Falling trees, tree limbs and coconuts

• Running water (that is not fenced nor patrolled)

• Extreme weather and unpredictable tropical climate

• Thick scrub and uneven ground

All of the above can be hazardous or even life-threatening. 

Anyone entering this campground does so entirely at their own risk.  The manager accepts no responsibility for injury to persons or damage/loss to property unless directly caused by proven negligence of the manager. Here are the campground rules.
